This can be a difficult fight because Kasane will run around the arena and use her own Psychokinesis abilities, such as an AOE knife attack that can quickly deplete your health. Fortunately, her abilities are fairly easy to avoid because she telegraphs each of her attacks ahead of time. One useful tip is to launch nearby telephone poles at Kasane to deal a significant amount of crush damage and then follow up with standard and special combos.
But that's the easy part. Kasanes' knives will put you at a disadvantage in this boss fight if you get too close. However, you will eventually need to get in close enough to perform melee attacks in order to charge your Psychokinesis meter while lowering the yellow crush gauge located below her health. Try to land one or two hits to entice her flying knife attacks, then dodge out of her range to charge a Psychokinesis throw while she completes her combo. Another tip is to keep an eye out for special objects around the parking lot that you can throw by holding L2 or LT. These special throws will initiate quick-time event clashes that, if successful, will significantly reduce Kasanes crush gauge. Continue to move in and out of her range until her crush gauge runs out. Then, deal massive damage with a Brain Crush attack.
After you deal with them, it'll be a three-on-one battle with Kasane. Kasane will be much more powerful now, with a much larger health bar. However, because you have two companions with you and access to SAS powers, dealing with her companions will be a breeze. Gemmas Sclerokinesis will protect you from Kasanes' blades during the boss fight, while Tsugumis Clairvoyance and Lukas Teleportation will allow you to dodge whatever she throws at you. So, whichever of your two companions you have, you will have an advantage over Kasane.
