You should be ready to play the DLC, but keep in mind that Steam users are still experiencing difficulties with the game, so you may want to wait for Platinum Games to release an update that addresses all of the issues. You'll also need to reach a particular stage in the game before you can access the additional stuff. You can get the DLC for $13.99 on Steam and PS4 so why make it $14.99? This starts the Emil's Memories quest, in which you must discover all of the Lunar Flowers in order for Emil to relive his lost memories. It's amazing how much attention to detail they placed into the design of 2B. If you look carefully, you can see the underlying veins in her texture map, along with the ever-so-realistic subtle darkening from skin tone pigmentation. The following photo, showing 2B standing amid a field of bright flowers wearing Kaines' attire, is equally striking.
