You have two chances to confront a crewmate you suspect of being a traitor. One is if someone discovers the corpse of a deceased crew member and reports it. Everyone gathers to discuss the deceased corpse. The huge red Emergency Meeting button is the second option to compel a meeting. You can only accomplish this once in a game, and the goal is to face an alien among your team. If you witness one of your crewmates slide into a vent or bite off an ally's head, use this button to vote the alien out to death.
