Step 1: Visualize a portrait of what you will draw. We're sketching a female anime here, so we'll draw the head, pelvic area, wide shoulder, and several static poses. Step 2: Begin with the fundamentals by drawing a horizontal line below the bottom border of the eyes. Draw a vertical line to split the head into equal portions at the same time.
To make your anime nose painting more complicated, just add shadows with light hatching.
Above all, try to design an anime nose not just independently from the rest of the body, but also as part of a portrait. Go to our art tutorial on how to create anime and attempt to replicate the whole artwork, using the information obtained in this post while drawing a nose.
Use a pointed pen to highlight the eye on a layer on top of everything. For that, I prefer to use a bright color like hot pink first, followed by the genuine near white hue for the accent. I also put highlights to the hair to make it more vibrant. I added some lovely blush with the same soft airbrush, and for a basic backdrop, I used the gradient tool (below the fill bucket tool) to make a white to purple gradient. Tada! Finished - The next step is optional, however for a more interesting lighting situation, first create a layer and activate the'multiply' layer mode, then fill the layer with whatever color you desire. I applied a golden tone. This is the primary shadow value. Then, create a layer above it, activate the 'color dodge' layer mode, and use the soft airbrush to add highlights. This process is simple for me, and it offers a fantastic outcome for an additional difficult to the final photo!
As you can see, I sketched many mouths. The age of your character is determined by the length of the jaw. The shorter the jaw on the left, the more childlike it seems (Chibi style). It has a longer jaw in the centre, making it seem older (Maybe teenage years). You may play about with the length of your jaw as long as it doesn't surpass half the length of your circle (as shown on the right).
