With the mystery behind where his true loyalties genuinely lay, Eris has become a lot more fascinating character in this book. He reminds me a lot of Littlefinger from Game of Thrones; he enjoys all the courtly intrigue heâs a part of, he definitely sees it as one giant game of chess, and you, the reader, are always wondering whose side heâs on. Plus, there are signs that there is more to his and Mor's past than we know, and I can't wait to see what is revealed later on! What it's all about:
